Ciao!
Yesterday was a busy day with cleaning and stuff to do all day long. Today, I´ve been to the gym and been outside with the kids in the sun so far. Now I´ve got a little bit of a time off and I´m going to relax, read a book and have some salad on my freetime. Oh, I forgot I haven´t told you but this week and the next I´m going to do a detox that my hostmum has done( or are doing)...No carbs, nu sugar and not too much of anything. It´s supposed to be good for the body and clean it inside for 2 weeks.

It´s now gone three days and for breakfast I´ve had 1egg and 1 bacon and half a tomato... like as much I use to eat for breakfast...(not too much I have to add).But today I´ve had a special protein(disguisting I´ve got to add) milkshake for breakkie. For lunch: salad with mushrooms,tomatoes,cucumber... and water... no bread or anything. And about 7-8o´clock dinner that consists of salad or vegetables with chicken and of course water. And under the day I´ve to drink lots of water too.
So today I would SO like to have something sweet but, No! now I´ve done this for three days I can keep on for 11 days more.

They say you´ll feel better and so ,so we´ll see, it´s worth a try anyway.  So this is for fun and I would really like to see if I feel any difference.............!

  1. I have lived a half century without detoxing and I fell fine every day. What you need is normal food a smile on your face and a lot of friends.
    Dont fool around with your mind, be yourself, that's why we love you.
