Mmmmumms ! 87 calories per pieces, I´m sure that´s kind of bad or something but I don´t care it´s so good!

So, now I´ve decided to meet up some girls in the city this weekend for hanging out and so, fun to meet(meat hahaha) some new people here around. Looking forward for that.

Now it has gone 1 week and one day since I got here. I got a mail in the mailbox today in my name! It was the creditcard for my new australian account, cool! ´When I was "working"( don´t feel like a job) today we went out to a shoppingcenter to look and some appointments. Than  I´ve been home here with two of the kids a few hours till nat come home with curtis and some pizza. I´ve also called my grandmother and we talked for a little bit...

Now I´m going to bed and hope to get to sleep till 7.30 in the morning.

Nu är jag barnvakt o klockan är halv tio. Allt går bra, de va väldigt snälla idag de rara små sötisarna....
OH, I forgot! I´ve been on skype and talked a bit of swedish and the first thing I do is to write in swedish?! Thats life. It feels like it´s been a long day today anyway, not that it has been boring, just long. You know...
Now I feel tired but I´m babysitting children who are sleeping so I´ll be awake till Nat comes back home. I´ll wait to sleep till she gets home :)  it´s so weird, I can get asleep late and wake up 4 AM, is that normal? Ehm...

So this weekend I think I´m going to meet some other au pairs, that would be really nice to get to know others too. That´s what my mind is all about for the moment. :) yeaaaah.
Now I´m going to brush my teeth and get in my PJ and read in my sightseen´ book ´bout Melbourne. I wounder how it´ll be for a person like me to find in this town and everything...!!! We´ll see.

Good evening dear ladies and gentlemen ;).
Today was..good. I´ve been out for some "running/powerwalk" today.  Seriously it isn´t that cold here at all, perfect weather for running, not too cold and not too warm. So I kind of like it here :) I would call the weather over here "lagom"...I´ve also been working eg; babysitting, helped Curtis with homeworks( I learn of that too hahah)...

Oh, people, listen!

Todays news: I´ve eaten lamb( euuuuw, 2 chews ) and pumpkinsoup( goody)! So proud of myself, every day here in one week I´ve learned new things and tried new things.
The other news is that I´m going to fly with the family to Sydney in July, great! Than I´ll see how it is over there. Supergreat!

The kids are getting a holiday from this thursday I think it was. yupyup. Hope everything is good with you, you know, everyone who reads this can always leave a comment (even you morfar) HAHAHA! :D.

Chips.

Hi, today I´ve been in Australias 3rd largest shoppingcenter and it´s just 10 min walk from where I live! I bought chips and a hairproduct and choclate :P. The chips was "BBQ Ribs- taste", but I think they tasted like sushi! Haha. MMMmmmm, great! Think it´ll be my lunch for today. Another thing you have to know; it is like everyone around here has got an I-phone but I´ll hang on to my dearest Nokia till the world ends :P.

27 juni 2011- Sunday

Hi! Hope everything is fine with you guys in Sweden.Here in Melbourne is everything fine anyways, sun, no rain, 11degrees(they who lives here think it is cold but I feel like it´s an other summerday in Sweden)...

So today after breakfast we hit the road, we was getting to some friends of Nat and Damons for lunch. They lived like 45 min away and did also have 3 children. They were nice too and they had a daughter(6yrs) who liked to play school with me and did draught a picture of me, very nice, I looked like a princess on that picture(can show you later so you know what I mean). Afterwards before we were going home she had been writing a letter for me that she gave me when we were leaving "To Marléne , I´m going to miss you" she had wrote. So sweet little girl :) .
Tomorrow is my first workday. We are also going to open a new bank-account for me as well...! Hope it´s going to be a good day too. Oh, btw, I gave the family their presents from Sweden today also. It was kinda funny...! :D Pippi(doll), Mumin movie (in swedish),marabou, play dough,swedish counting book,
and a book about sweden.
We´ve also had a visitor for the weekend who went back home today.. yupyup.
Hmm... something else I´ve missed to tell you now? I don´t think so.

Right now the clock is 18.30 and I´m already tired. But I can´t go and sleep now because than I´ll wake up in the night.

Jag gillar de flesta platser jag varit på, men jag har aldrig riktigt velat åka till Japan, helt enkelt för att jag inte tycker om att äta fisk, och jag vet att det är väldigt populärt där i Afrika.

I´m here, in Melbourne!

As I think you already know, the the flight was great!
The last one I talked to in Swe yesterday was Lisa, and I was crying. Really crying!! haha. But when I got on the plane I just couldn´t, weird but I think I was too excited and I just wasn´t sad anymore. Not at all.

So yesterday in Doha I had kind of a "tea party" with the waitor, he gave me like all kinds of bakeries and he made me test every tea they had over there and so on... he held me company for hours when I was waiting. He even added me on facebook...haha funny. I talked to a lot of others too, one man was from Japan, he said Sweden was the slowest country he had been to. I can´t agree. :P But ok.

Than we did fly towards Australia after a long waiting. But I was sleeping the most of the trip in a chair (sofa)that the stewart laid on a madress on and everything so that I could sleep. Comfy! I even looked at a programme; "how to progress in your buissness" for ten minutes, before I got sick of it and switched to the movie "The Tourist". I ate(Frida I didn´t have to starve this time!!!), listened to music...relaxed and talked to a guy 2 seats away from me. Buissnes class wasn´t really full of people, me and the old guys ( like 7 persons) :D. But the time on the plane went away kind of fast, and soon(13 h later) we were looking out over the Melbourne night. It looked beautiful with all the lights from the city...aparts from Doha(where it was desert biig houses, deserts and three palms..) Not that interesting to look at.
I came to Australia and went through the toll everything went on fine... but it was weird..I had declared that I had unleagal things in my luggage, and they didn´t care??! hahaha.
After I´d get through ,Damon come and picked me up with the car and when we were driving towards to my new home it felt little awkward to be sitting on the wrong side in the car and the wrong side on the way. When we got home( to my australian home) he showed me around and made me feel really welcome since the others were sleeping. I´ve got a nice bedroom with a very comfy big bed( dont even know which side I´ll be sleeping in...maybe in the middle ;) ), toilet and shower and a big closet!
 In the morning(14.30 pm) lol, I´d wake up. I went out till the kitchen and got greeted by Nat and two of the kids, so sweet. After a while we went to pick up Curtis at school, Nat showed me around nearby and than we went to the swimming lessons. Great! Later : dinner.

So after this first day here I feel really welcome and home here in Maribyrnong. The trip that I did all alone, wasn´t so lonely- I didn´t have a real "travel friend" but there were a lot talkative people anyways!


Now I´m going to get some sleep.

LIVE FROM DOHA!

Hello! Now i´m in Doha after 6 hours in plane. It was a very good flight everything so luxury it could be! And the space between my leggs and the wall was like 2 meters!!! :D SO GOOD! Now I´m at the premium transfer in Doha and it´s the most luxurious terminal ever. I´ve eaten some food a minute ago and it was really good. I´ve also been to the ladies room and there it was like 3 women who "helped me".... CRAZY :D and everyone is nice so thats so cool! And a minute ago it was a doha-man helped me with internet... he was like : "are you from sweden than you know Arn..." the movie...! Hahah :)

Oh, it´s SO difficult to explain, you have to be here to understand it! GREAT! I´m so lucky!! :D

SO HAPPY NOW, I´m goonna go to check out the spa now! I have to beguile away the time in a smart and nice way! Have a very good night!!!!! :)
